Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Trade Promotion is not open to the general public. Participation is restricted to those employed in the automotive aftermarket as repair technicians who purchase Global Parts Distributor's (gpd) products through authorized business-to-business (B2B) distribution channels and use gpd products to repair customer vehicles. Eligible participants include professional technicians responsible for repairing and/or maintaining vehicles such as cars, trucks, or off-road equipment, shop owners, shop managers, and owners or employees of a fleet facility or vehicle service center. Resellers, parts stores, distributors, and jobber locations—including their owners and employees—are not eligible to enter. Consumer purchases or transactions made via online retail or third‑party marketplaces are expressly excluded.

To Enter: Scan the QR code in the promotion flyer or visit https://gpdtechtips.com/win, complete the entry form and upload the respective proof of purchase image. To enter without making a purchase, send a standard size postcard, only, with your hand-printed full name, address, phone number, and email to: GPD Stay Cool Win Big Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 907, Marblehead, MA  01945. Incorrectly, incompletely, or illegibly addressed postcards, oversized postcards, or requests submitted in envelopes will be considered ineligible and will not be acknowledged. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 7, 2026. 

Qualifying entries must be submitted between 12:00:00 a.m. ET May 1, 2026 and 11:59:59 p.m ET August 31, 2026 ("Entry Period”) Providing invalid information, multiple entries beyond what's specified above, or otherwise failing to abide by these Official Rules will result in Sweepstakes disqualification. 

Monthly Entry Periods are cumulative. Entries will carry over into subsequent Entry Periods. All non-winning entries from previous periods will remain eligible for future drawings:

2. Drawings:

Monthly prize winners will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received on approximately seven (7) days from the deadline of the Entry Period. Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on approximately September 8, 2026. Drawings will be conducted by Promosis, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential winners will be notified by email from Promosis, and will be required to complete and submit an online Winner verification within three (3) days of the date the initial notification is sent to the potential winner. The potential Grand Prize winner will also be required to upload a "selfie” photo and image of a government-issued photo ID, as part of the verification process. Any potential winner who fails to respond to the winner notification or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of participants received for the original drawing.   

3. Prizes: 

Three (3) First Prizes: 

One (1) Grand Prize: A 2026 Ford Maverick XL including vehicle title, registration, taxes (excluding unearned income taxes), and dealer preparation costs. Approximate Retail Value $32,500. If a selected winner is a legal resident of Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI), winner will receive $30,000 cash in lieu of the vehicle, only. Actual value may vary based on winner's location and options/features included. Difference between actual value and stated value, if any, will not be awarded in cash or other consideration. Grand Prize winner must be a licensed, insured driver in their state of residency, and must take delivery of the vehicle from a dealership designated by Sponsor and Promosis. Winner is responsible for auto insurance and any vehicle options or costs not specifically included. Grand Prize vehicle is intended for winner's personal use, not to be resold. 

Grand Prize may not be transferred; non-cash portion of prize may not be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. No substitution for prize or parts thereof, except by Sponsor as may be necessary due to unavailability. If originally-offered prize or prize element is unavailable at the time of award, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute an item of comparable or additional value. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the value of the prize won, and will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the value of the prize.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to grant to the Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the winner's name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material connected with this Sweepstakes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. 

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between any messaging or communication regarding the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received by the deadline of the Promotion Period. 

The Prize value indicated above reflects the Sponsor's honest estimate of its approximate retail value ("ARV”). Such valuation shall be considered final and conclusive, and will not be subject to challenge or appeal. In the event the actual value of the Prize at the time it is obtained or delivered is less than the stated ARV, the Winner will not be entitled to any compensation or award of the difference. 

4. Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open to those employed in the automotive aftermarket as repair technicians who purchase gpd products through authorized business-to-business (B2B) distribution channels and use gpd products to repair customer vehicles. Eligible participants include professional technicians responsible for repairing and/or maintaining vehicles such as cars, trucks, or off-road equipment, shop owners, shop managers, and owners or employees of a fleet facility or vehicle service center. Resellers, parts stores, distributors, and jobber locations—including their owners and employees—are not eligible to enter. Must be a legal resident of the US, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Not open to employees and their families (spouses, parents, children/siblings and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household) of Global Parts Distributors, LLC., their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, advertising and production agencies, and Promosis, Inc. By submitting an entry, participant consents to the use of his/her registration information in accordance with the Global Parts Distributors, LLC. privacy policy. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Promosis for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure as required by law. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Sponsor, Administrator, and their promotion partners and affiliates are not responsible for typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations/entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, Internet, or telephone failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; for viruses; for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the Sweepstakes; or for non-delivery of any prize due to factors beyond Sponsor's control, including lost, late, or misdirected deliveries or any delay or suspension of service that may affect prize delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek prosecution of any entrant who disrupts or interferes with the proper play of the Sweepstakes, or acts in violation these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sweepstakes is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to those stated above, winners will be determined via random drawings from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor and its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and holds harmless and agrees to indemnify Global Parts Distributors, LLC. and its,subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates shareholders, officer, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "Released Entities”) in connection with this Sweepstakes and hold them harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes, or arising out of participation in any Sweepstakes related or prize related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or misuse, of any Sweepstakes or prize related activity, whether hosted by Global Parts Distributors, LLC. or a third party. Ford Motor Company  is not affiliated in any way with this Sweepstakes, nor has it sponsored, endorsed, or administered this Sweepstakes in any way.  All intellectual property rights in any trademarks, copyrights, or other materials that referenced, depicted, or otherwise associated with Ford Motor Company, as used in this Sweepstakes, remain the sole and exclusive property of Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company has no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.

6. Dispute Resolution:

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

7. Winners List:
